Finally, after 6 months of taking the exam and failing twice in the TESDA organized Programming NC IV, Edmon Eduardo finally made it last Feb 12-13, 2010 at AISAT-GPSAT, Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga. Congratulations! :)
